These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of All In One Tools (the "App") and the website at multi-tools.co (the "Site"), both operated by AIOT ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense or sell copies of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any feature or update mechanism

3. Updates

The App includes an automatic update component that periodically contacts our servers. By using the App you consent to these background network requests. We may push updates to fix bugs, add features or apply security patches. Updates install silently without interrupting your work.

4. Optional Features

Certain optional features may be enabled or disabled by our servers on a per-device basis. We reserve the right to enable, disable or modify optional features at any time without notice. The core productivity tools (QR code, text, image, PDF, clock, days counter, screenshot/OCR) are always available and are not affected by optional-feature decisions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
