All In One Tools ("the App") is published by AIOT ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App collects a machine fingerprint — a one-way SHA-256 hash derived from hardware identifiers on your device (Windows Machine GUID, C: drive volume serial number, and CPU identifier). This hash is a 64-character hex string. It does not contain your name, email address, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information.
The fingerprint is transmitted to our server (multi-tools.co)
during periodic update checks. We use it solely to determine whether
an update or a configuration change applies to your installation.

We do not sell, trade, or rent the fingerprint to third parties. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
All seven productivity tools (QR code, text, image, PDF, clock, days counter and screenshot/OCR) process data entirely on your device. No file content is sent to any server.
Server-side, fingerprints are stored in logs for up to 90 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then automatically deleted. We do not build profiles from these logs.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
